Troy graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has been in the construction industry for over 10 years and employed with Peters Construction since November 2020. He recently completed work on the Locke at Tower Park Renovation and Addition and is now working on the Waterloo Waste Anaerobic Lagoon project.
