This was a Renovation and Restoration of the old Hostess Wonder Bread facility into SingleSpeed Brewery in Waterloo, IA. This 35,000 SF facility includes new brewhouse, grain handling system, walk-in coolers, indoor and outdoor bar, expo kitchen, dining, retail space, and loading dock. New Mechanical and electrical systems, updated fire suppression systems, new solar rooftop system (PV), roof replacement, full exterior window replacement, tuck pointing, new and reused stone sills, new signage, new and reused overhead doors, hops wall feature, steel gate exterior feature, brew house tile flooring, grain handling and storage systems, new coolers and freezers, new steel and glass interior structures, new and reclaimed ceramic tile, refinished and salvaged/reinstalled wood flooring, carpeting, custom steel fabrications, custom furniture, reclaimed wood at bar front and other areas, quartz counter tops, custom light fixtures, plaster repair, structural roof reinforcement, new audio video and security systems.
