Over the years, we have perfected the pre-construction process that ensures our clients are getting what they need and want in the end. We use our many cost histories and strong subcontractor relationships to make sure project budgets are accurate, timelines are feasible and the building is completed as designed. During pre-construction, and throughout the entire project, we work closely with the owner and the architect to ensure a final project. Our construction teams are selected specifically for each individual project to make sure they are as committed as we are to meeting the demands of the task. Communication is key during the entire process and we work hard to make sure everyone is on the same page as we begin the pre-construction phase.
