This project was a historical renovation of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the Webberking Building in downtown Waterloo. The three-story brick building was originally built in 1917.
Interior renovation included creating 2 studio apartments on the 3rd floor, 2 studio apartments on the 2nd floor, and 3 smaller apartments on the 1st floor along with 2 retail spaces. The existing windows were rehabilitated throughout. Additionally, the wood floors were refinished where possible. A deck addition was added for the 2nd and 3rd floor rear apartments. The exterior of the building was painted and the exterior historical finishes were restored.
