This project was the renovation of an existing tire shop into a brewery and restaurant. The project team was tasked with providing a project that reused and preserved as much of the existing building fabric as possible along with incorporating sustainable construction and operational initiatives. The end result is a restaurant and brewhouse situated along bustling bike trails and across from Principal Park. We also incorporated solar power into the project by installing a 38 KW solar generation system on the roof. Other features include an expansive patio, large indoor dining area, and a first of its kind energy efficient four 5-barrel fermenting tank.
