MercyOne Bluebell OBGYN Clinic

This project, located in Cedar Falls, is a 5,800 square foot addition to the existing MercyOne Bluebell Clinic. This is the first OBGYN Clinic in Cedar Falls for MercyOne. The clinic consists of 9 exam rooms, 2 NST rooms, a treatment room, ultrasound room, 4 private offices, and a large open care team space in the middle of the suite. The addition is easily accessible to the lab within the existing clinic, making it convenient for patients to get lab work done without having to go to another facility.
