This project consisted of the development of a 4.5 acre lot, including all site utilities, a 51,000 square foot building, 53,000 square feet of pavement and sidewalks and 95,000 square feet of landscaped space. The building was a pre-engineered building which includes a 3,763 square feet office build-out and the remainder of the space is used for production and shipping/receiving.
