Orchard Hill School Moves Into New Gym, Lunch Room
Students at Orchard Hill Elementary School in Cedar Falls moved into their new gym and lunch room last week, along with new office space. This is all part of a 37,000 square foot addition and remodeling project taking place at the school, which will allow for new classroom spaces, a new main entrance, and vocal and instrumental music spaces. As a result, students will have more space in which to learn.
Peters Construction is the general contractor on this project, which began in the fall of 2017. Phase 3 of the project is currently underway, and the entire project is set to be completed by August 2019.
