Advanced Systems, Inc: Ground Breaking & Ribbon Cutting
This morning we were honored to be a part of the Ground breaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies for Advanced Systems, Inc. They will be moving from Waterloo to the former Weber Paper Co. building at 5801 Westminster Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park.
The new building is 32,500 square feet — more than double the existing location. The Plans include a new glass entrances on the southeast corner of the existing building. A complete change in the exterior wall finishes on the east & south elevations. Interior work will consist of an office buildout of approximately 20,000 SF including offices, meeting room, product display area, parts & supplies, service area, breakroom, board room, conference center & fitness area.
Darrin Gillett will be the project manager overseeing this project, and Scott Ford will be the site superintendent. Work starts mid-December, 2016. Peters Construction is very proud of our long standing relationship with Advanced Systems, Inc. and we look forward to serving as their General Contractor on this project!
