CFU Communication and Maintenance Garage
This project consisted of 2 phases: Phase 1 was a new, state-of-the-art garage for the transportation department for Cedar Falls Utilities that was completed in June of 2018. Phase 2 was an addition to the existing main building along with some interior renovation to serve the communications department that was completed in May of 2019.
